Fabulous Foods for Your Eyes

Eating a diet low in fat and rich in fruits, vegetables and whole grains can pay benefits not only to your heart but to your eyes. Ramadan Mubarak!

We know that many Muslims stop taking eye drops during Ramadan believing it to be a liquid that is absorbed by the stomach immediately. It is imperative that anyone diagnosed with glaucoma continues to take their eye drops as prescribed. Simply block the tear duct with a finger for one minute and the liquid will be absorbed. Failure to do so can result in damaging your sight further. Please share this with friends and followers.
